#1 belief is healing is not linear and that there is NO one size fits all therapy! I am extremely versed in traditional therapy that is data based, but believe that often practitioners miss the mark when it comes to looking at the client as whole and not just numbers. My approach is holistic compassionate care, that offers clients a flexible way to heal and discover new nuggets of truth, in both traditional therapy and alternative ones. I have a particular passion for empowering woman in seeking their purpose and worth. I also have a deep love for working with children and teens that have difficulty navigating the world either from a special need, or feeling disconnected or left out.
